Welcome to the Rotherham Young Chamber
Young People sometimes find it hard to apply themselves while they are learning, because they struggle to see how the things they are being taught can be used in the working world. The key is to connect learning and show young people how educational knowledge can be applied in a business context. By interacting with the next generation earlier, we can inspire them, raise and support their aspirations and in turn create a more informed, productive and enterprising workforce.
Within the Rotherham Young Chamber's there is a simple model being administered:
* Invest money into each chamber to stimulate enterprise
* Use the capital to fund micro enterprises
* Invest the profit from micro enterprises back into the
main chamber
* Use the profits to fund community projects
It's an evolution not a revolution, but the rewards for all parties will be great!
